Our children’s storybooks are also guaranteed to be free from defects.  We will happily replace any defective storybook or issue a credit towards the purchase of another.  Defects must be reported within one week from delivery, either by sending a web message using this customer service form, or by sending an email to Service@KeenOwl.com.  Please include your order number in your email.

Replacements for defects will be shipped at no cost in the same manner as the original order.
